Women to Work Program

Shining a Light’s “Women to Work” Program in Arusha, Tanzania has created a training center where the women learn a trade and are educated in areas of empowerment such as Health Care, Money Management, Business and Literacy. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty by empowering women where they will be self-sustainable, providing for their families and empowering other families in their community.
